Tiramisu

Recept:

400g piskota

500g mascarpone sira

1dcl espresso kafe

120g secera u prahu

4 zumanjca

200ml vrhnja za slag/kreme Dolcela @podravka_bih

Priprema:

Mikserom mutiti zumanjce i dodavati postepeno secer u prahu, kasiku po kasiku. Dok ne dobijete blijedo zutu kremu. U kremu dodati cijeli mascarpone sir i nastaviti mutiti dok se cijela smjesa ne sjedini.

Piskote kratko umociti u kafu i poredati u posudu u kojoj zelite pripremiti tiramisu.

Preko prvoj sloja piskota mazati 1/3 kreme. Te ovaj korak ponoviti 2 puta. Tako da dobijemo 3 sloja piskota i kreme.

Umutiti slag/kremu te premazati preko posljednjeg sloja. Dekorisati kakaaom u prahu preko slaga.

Ostaviti minimalno 2h u frizideru da se sve ohladi i stegne.
