Krofne / Doughnuts

Ovo je recept za klasicne krofne. Punjenje mozete prilagoditi vama, ja sam danas punio marmeladom od manga .

Za krofne vam je potrebno:

500g brasna

2 jaja

2dcl mlijeka

70g maslaca

2 kasike secera

1 vanilin secer

Prstohvat soli

1 kesica kvasca/germe ( 9g)

Priprema:

400g brasna, kvasac, secer i vanilin, so pomijesati u posudi. Istopiti maslac i ugrijati mlijeko ( da bude mlako) te dodati suhim sastojcima, dodati i jaja, te umjesiti glatko tijesto. Te dodati ostatak 100g brasna te umijesiti i napraviti glatko tijesto.

Ostaviti sat vremena da naraste. Potom izvaljati tijesto na debljine 1.5-2cm. Izrezati tijesto casom te pokriti krpom i ostaviti da naraste, 30minuta. Zagrijati ulje, ne previse, ako vam je skala od 1-6 zagrijati do 4. Te krofne staviti u zagrijano ulje. Staviti krofnu prvo na stranu koja je bila pokrivena krpom, a ne ona koja je bila na stolu. Da bi ljepse narasle. Prziti dvije minute s obje strane, te staviti na papir da se ocjedi ulje.

Uvaljati ih secer te napuniti po zelji.

2dcl of lukewarm milk

70g butter

2 tbsp of sugar

Pinch of salt

1 package of dry yeast ( 9g)

2 eggs

How to make:

Mix all the dry ingredients, heat up the butter and then add milk, butter and eggs to the dry ingredients. Make a smooth dough. Let it rest for a hour. After that roll the dough till you have it 1.5cm-2cm thick. Cut the dough into circular shape and let it rest for additional half a hour. Fry it in heated oil for two minutes each side.

Let it rest on paper and fill out with the jam of your choice
