Triple chocolate mousse cake

All you need is:

65g all purpose flour ( half a cup)

2 tbsp cocoa powder

3 eggs

110g sugar ( half a cup)

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp of oil

Half a cup brewed coffee

For chocolate mousse:

300g dark chocolate

1 tspn of butter

1 cup of heavy cream ( 300ml)

3 eggs

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp of sugar

Ganache:

100ml of heavy cream

100g dark chocolate

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp of butter

Mix the 3 eggs till you get a thick smooth foam. Add the dry ingrediants and stir just to get everything well together, then add the oil and mix it with a spatula. Place it into a baking mold covered woth just baking paper. Bake it for 15 min at 180°.

Mousse:

Melt the chocolate with the butter and add a pinch of salt. Let it cool for a minute. Separate the egg yolks from whites and mix both. Add the cream from egg yolks first to the chocolate and mix together. To the egg whites add 1 tbsp of sugar and make a cream. Add it to the chocolate in thirds and mix it in with a spatula. 1/3 by 1/3. Last step is to add the cream made from the heavy cream. Mix it with a spatula. Mousse done! Pour it over the 1st cake layer.

When it’s cooled down cover it by ganache made with melted chocolade in heavy cream and butter ( a pinch of salt too).

Let it rest for a few hours.

Za ovaj čokoladnu tortu vam je potrebno:

Za koru:

65g brašna ( pola šolje)

2 velike kašike kakaa u prahu

3 jaja

110g šečera ( pola šolje)

Prstohvat soli

1 velika kašika ulja

1/2 šolje skuhane kafe

Za mousse:

300g tamne čokolade

1 velika kašika putera

300ml vrhnja za kreme

3 jaja

Prstohvat soli

1 velika kašika šečera

Ganache:

100ml vrhnja za kreme

100g tamne čokolade

Prstohvat soli

1 kašika putera

Priprema:

3 jaja umutiti dok ne dobijete gustu smjesu. ( otprilike 5-7 minuta) Potom dodati suhe sastojke i lagano umutiti u smjesu. Na kraju dodati ulje i umješati u smjesu. Smjesu preliti u kalup za torte cije ste ( samo!) dno obložili papirom za pečenje.

U rernu na 180° 15minuta.

Kada se kora ohladila, preliti je kafom.

U posudi istopiti čokoladu, puter i pstohvat soli. Ostaviti da se ohladi minutu.

Odvojiti zumanjke od bjelanjaka i umutiti oboje. U zumanjke dodati čokoladu i promješati. Šlag od bjelanjaka podijeliti na tri dijela i dodavati dio po dio u čokoladu i špatulom lagano mješati masu. Ponoviti korak i s ostalim trećinama.

Na kraju dodati kremu od vrhnja i na isti način kao i bjelanjke dodati u mousse. Potom smjesu preliti preko kore i lijepo raslorediti i ostaviti da se dobro ohladi.

Ganache pripremiti tako što istopite čokoladu u vrhmju za kreme uz malo soli i putera. Kada se sve sjedinilo preliti preko torte i raspodijeliti preko cijele površine.

Ostaviti da se ohladi par sati.
