Cinnamon rolls with almonds / Cimet rolnice sa bademima

For the dough you need:

500g all purpose flour
1 egg
1 vanilla sugar
7g of dry yeast ( 1 package)
300mill of warm milk
pinch of salt

100g almonds
100g butter
50g sugar
2 tablespoons of cinnamon

Mix all the dry ingrediants, and mix warm milk with the yeast and wait for 5 mins. Make a smooth dough with your hands and let it grow for 1hr. Roll the dough, about 1-2cm thickness. Warm up the butter and add the cinnamom. Smear the butter-cinnamon mix all over the dough and then add crushed almonds with sugar. Roll the dough into a roll, cut the roll into small pieces ( about 3-4 cm ) place them on a baking paper and let them rest for 15-20 min.

bake them at 180*C for about 25-30 min.

 

Za tijesto vam je potrebno:

500g brašna
1 jaje
1 vanilin šečer
7g suhog kvasca ( 1 pakovanje)
300ml mlakog mlijeka
Prstohvat soli

 

100g badema ( mljevenih)

100g putera
50g šečera
2 velike kašike cimeta

Izmješajte suhe sastojke te dodajte mlako mlijeko. Potkuhakte glatko tijesto. Tijesto ostavite da naraste minimalno 1h. Potom razvaljajte tijesto na debljinu otprilike 1-2cm. Premažite tijesto otopljenim puterom u koji se umiješali cimet i šečer. Potrudite se da razmažete tijesto podjednako. Potom prespite preko 100g mljevenih badema. Smotajte tijesto kao za štrudlu, potom režite rolnice debljine 2-3 cm. Rolnice okrenite te stavite u pleh u koji ste stavili papir za pečenje. Ostavite da odstoje jos 10-15 minuta. U međuvremenu zagrijte rernu na 180° C.

Pecite rolnice 25-30 minuta.
