Apple hazelnut crisp

Today I’ll share the recipe from the incredible Zoe from Zoe Bakes. She used Almonds and I’ve used Hazelnuts. But everything else is the same. I’ll link to her recipe below! .

The recipe with hazelnuts

The topping

1 cup ( 100g) oat flour ( you can use all purpose flour too)

200g brown sugar

1/2 cinnamon

120g butter ( cold, cut into sliced)

140g hazelnuts cut into small pieces

Apple filling

8 Apples

100g sugar ( brown works here too)

2 tbps cornstarch

1 tbsp cinnamon

How it’s made:

Preheat the oven to 200° C

In a large bowl mix everything together except the hazenuts. It will stick together when squeezed. Now add the crushed hazelnuts.

In an another large bowl mix the apples, sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch.

Arrange the apples into a baking pan and add the toping over it. ( just put the crumbles all over it)

Bake it for atleast half an hour, till the apples are baked.

Serve it cold.

Hrskavi desert sa jabukama i lješnjacima

Potrebno vam je:

100g mljevenih zobenih pahuljica ( možete koristiti i obično pšenično ako želite)

200g smeđeg šećera

120g putera

1/2 kašike cimeta

140g lješnjaka ( ili nekog drugog orašastog ploda)

Za fill vam je potrebno:

8 srednje velikih jabuka

100g šećera ( bijeli ili smeđi)

1 kašika cimeta

2 male kašike gustina ( da bi uvezao sok od jabuka)

Priprema:

Zagrijte rernu na 200°C

Suhe sastojke, osim lješnjaka, pomiješajte sa puterom ( u čvrstom stanju, samo izrezan na komadiće) i umijesite dok ne dobijete smjesu koja je prhka i kada dio uzmete u ruku i pritisnete ostane uvezano u lopticu. Potom u sve to dodajte lješnjake.

Jabuke ogulite i izrežite na komadiće ( bez nekog oblika , svejedno) potom pomiješajte sa šećerom, cimetom i gustinom. Jabuke poredajte u tepsiju ili posudu u kojoj pečete. Preko jabuka poredate komade tijesta/smjese od lješnjaka. Tako da prekrijete cijelu površinu.

Ubacite u rernu i pecite minimalno pola sata na 200° ili dok se jabuke na ispeku.
