Chocolate cake with pears

Here is the recipe:

300g all purpose flour

100g sugar

4 medium eggs

250 ml milk

50g cocoa powder

1 baking powder

100 ml sunflower oil

1000gr pears

200gr dark chocolate

Instructions:

In a large bowl put together eggs, milk, sugar and oil, use a mixer for this. Progressively add flour with a spoon, at this stage add the cocoa powder and baking powder.

When everything is mixed in a homogeneous mixture, put the mixture on a baking plate (30cm in diametar).

Clean the pears and cut them in half, put them on the mixture so they are floating on the mixture.

Put it in the oven at 180degrees for about half an hour, in the meantime melt the dark chocolate and when you put the cake out the oven glaze the cake with the chocolate.

It’s very delicious warm and cold served, so that’s your choice 🙂

Za ovaj kolac vam je potrebno:

300g brasna

100g secera

4 jaja

250 ml mlijeka

50g kakaa u prahu

1 prasak za pecivo

100 ml suncokretovog ulja

1000gr kruski

200gr tamne cokolade.

Izmjesajte sve suhe saatojke potom dodajte jaja, mlijeko i ulje.
Mijesajte dok ne dobijete glatku smjesu. Potom smjesu prespite u kalup za pecenje. Kruske ogulite i prepolovite. Potom poredate preko smjese. Tako da plutaju u smjesi.

Pecite na 180° oko 30 minuta.
Nakon sto je peceno, istopite cokoladu i prelijte preko kolaca.
Gotovo!
