Stuffed focaccia

The recipe for focaccia is the same I already posted.

All you need is:

3 big cups of all purpose flour

1 big cup of warm water

1 to 2 tbps olive oil

1 package of dry yeast ( 9g)

A little bit salt and sugar.

Add the dry yeast to water with the salt and sugar. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

With a wooden spoon mix the water-yeast mixture with the flour.

It doesn’t have to be very well mixed. Just that it’s everything connected. Let it rest for 1 hour.

In the meantime you can make the filling.

All you need is:

300g of ground beef

2 garlic golves

200ml tomatoe sauce

150g mozzarella

Salt, pepper, rosemary, basil and olive oil.

Cut the garlic into slices and roast it on olive oil. Add the ground beef and 2 minutes later everything else.

Mix everything and cook it for 7-10 minutes. Till all the water is gone.

Roll the dough to 2-3cm thickness. Place the ground beef and cheese like on the picture. The other half of the dough place over the beef and cut the top. Glaze it with a little bit olive oil, so it gets a nice color.

Bake it for 30 min on 180°C ( till it gets golden crust) .
