Raffaello cheesecake

This is a “no bake” cheesecake and everything you need is:

400g fresh cheese

400ml whipping cream

200g butter biscuits

50 almond flour

150g coconut butter

Vanilla extract ( a few drops)

100g white chocolate

100g shredded coconut

50g powder sugar

Handfull of almonds

It’s really easy to make!

Instructions:

If you bought the biscuits whole then crash them and add to them almond flour and melted coconut butter. Place it in the shape you want your cake to be. Place it with a wooden spoon and with a little bit of preasure. Let it rest for 10 min.

In a bowl mix the cheese with powder sugar and vanilla extract until you get a smooth texture. Then add the whipping cream you prepered in a separate bowl. Add 50g of shredded coconut and mix everything with a spatula.

Place it in the shape over the biscuit.

Melt the white chocolate on medium heat, wait a few seconds and place it over the cake, try to cover all the space till the edges.

Finish everything with 50g shredded coconut and almonds on top.

Let it rest in the fridge for atleast 2 hours.

Sastojci:

400g svjezeg sira

400ml vrhnja za kreme

50g secera u prahu

200g mljevenog keksa

50g bademovog brasna

100g kokosovog brasna

150g putera

100g bijele cokolade

Par kapljica ekstrakta vanilije

Saka badema

Ovaj cheesecake je vrlo jednostavno za pripremiti jer ga nije potrebno peci!

Mljeveni keks pomjesajte sa bademovim brasnom i preko toga prelijte istopljeni puter. Dobro izmjesajte i istresite u posudu u kojoj ce biti vas cheesacake. Lagano utisnite masu. Ostavite da se stvardne 10tak minuta.

Svjezi sir sa secerom u prahu i ekstraktom vanilije mikserom izmjesajte i dodajte umuceno vrhnje. Takodjer dodajte i 50g ( polovinu) kokosovog brasna. Sve spatulom fino izmjesajte i istresite preko podloge od keksa i badema.

Istopite cokoladu na blagoj vatri i pricekajte par trenutaka prije nego sto prelijete je preko cheesecake-a. Pokusajte da je razmažete preko cijelog kolaca.

Ostatak kokosovog brasna pospite preko kolaca i sa bademima dekorisite.

Ostavite u frizider na minimalno 2 sata da se ohladi.
