Chocolate cheesecake with raspberries

Here’s the recipe

– 200g of fresh cheese

-200g dark chocolate

– 250ml of whipping cream

– 1 big cup of biscuit crumbs

4-5 tbps of coconut oil

– 200g fresh raspberries

– small cup of sugar

– Melt the coconut oil and add it to the crumbs. Place it into forms and place it in fridge for 20min. Meantime mix the cheese, melted chocolate and sugar. Till you get a nice texture. Whip the cream and add it to the chocolate-cheese mixture. Stir everything until easy and creamy. Place it over the crust made out of biscuits. Freeze it for 2-3hours. Decorate with fresh raspberries.


200g svjezeg sira

200g crne cokolade

250 vrhnja za kremu

1 velika solja mljevenog keksa

4-5 kokosovog ulja

Pola solje secera

Ulje dodati keksu te dobro izmjesati. Utisnuti u kalupe i ostaviti u frizider na 20 min. U medjuvremenu umutiti sir, otopljenu cokoladu i secer. Mutiti dok se sve lijepo sjedini. Potom dodati umuceno vrhnje i lagano spatulom umutiti sa kremom od cokolade i sira. Dodati u kalupe preko keksa i ostaviti u zamrzivac na 2-3 sata. Ukrasiti svjezim malinama.
