Berry pie

All you need is:

2 eggs

80g of butter

2 cups of all purpose flour ( 200ml cups)

Half a cup of sugar

Tea spoon of baking powder.

500g of berries of your choice

1 cup of sugar with added gelatin.

Mix in a bowl the dry ingrediants, add eggs and metled butter. Make a smooth dough and let it rest for 30min in the fridge. After that roll it with a pin ( 1cm thin) and place it over the baking pan. The rests keep for decoration. Mix the berries with the sugar gelatin and place them on the rolled dough. Decorate with the left dough.

Bake for 20min at 180° C.

2 jaja

2 solje brasna

80g putera

Pola solje secera

Cajnu kasiku praska za pecivo

500g bobica po zelji ( jagode, maline, borovnice)

Solja secera sa zelatinom

Sjedinite suhe sastojke i dodajte jaja i otopljen puter, sjedinite u glatko tijesto te ostavite u frizider na pola sata. U posudi izmjesajte voce i secer sa zelatinom. Razvijte tijesto otpeilike 1cm debljine i postavite na tepsiju i sacuvajte ostatke za dekoraciju. Na tijesto poredajte voce ravnomjerno i ostatak tijesta razvijte tanko i isjeckajte u trakice i ukrasite. Pecite na 180 stepeni otprilike 20 minuta.

Obavezno koristiti secer sa dodanom zelatinom u protivnim cete dobiti kompot! 😂.
