Bread with buckwheat flour

Here’s the recipe :

500g all purpose flour

200g buckwheat flour

9g dry yeast

2 cups of water

2 tablespoons of salt

Pinch of sugar

A few tablespoon of seeds from your choice ( I used sunflower seeds and flax seeds)

Mix all the dry ingrediants. Warm up the water and add the yeast to it. Let it rest for 5-10 min and add it to the flour. Make a smooth dough, let it rest for atleast 1 hour. After that shape the dough as you wish and place it on a baking plate and let it rest again for atleast one hour. Bake it on 180° C for 45min or until baked.

Sve sto vam treba:

500g psenicnog brasna

200g heljdinog brasna

2 solje vode

9g germe/kvasac

2 kasike soli

Prstohvat secera

Par kasika sjemenki po zelji ( ja koristio sjemenke lana i suncokreta)

Izmjesajte sve suhe sastojke osim germe/kvasca. Zagrijete vodu, da bude mlaka, u dodajte germu. Promijesajte i ostavite 5 do 10 minuta. Potom dodjate vodu u brasno i mijesajte dok ne dobijete glatko tijesto. Potom ostavite na toplom najmanje 1h. Nakon toga oblikujte tijesto i postavite u tepsiju ili zeljeni kalup i opet ostavite na 1h na toplo mjesto. Sjemenke mozete dodati unutar tijesta s brasnom ili preko tijesta. Pecite hljeb 45 minuta na 180°.
