Estonian Kringle – Cinnamon braid bread 

For the dough you need:

500g all purpose flour
1 egg
1 vanill sugar
7g of dry yeast ( 1 package)

1 package of baking powder.

300mill of warm milk

pinch of salt

100g butter
50g sugar
2-3 tablespoons of cinnamon
Mix all the dry ingrediants. Warm up the milk and add the yeast. Mix everything until you get a smooth dough. Let it rest for 45min.
Roll the dough ( 2-3cm thin) in a squere shape. Melt the butter add to it cinnamon and sugar. Place it all over the dough. Make a roll out of the dough. 

5cm from the begging of the roll cut the roll in the middle. You’ll get 2 pieces which you have to braid. Form it in an oval shape and let it rest for 20min.
Bake it for 30min at 180° Celzius.
