Pumpkin Hummus 

Everything you need for the peefect pumpin hummus: 

1 Hokkaido pumpin

200g chickpeas 

2 tablespoons of turmeric

A pinch of salt

A few drops of oil
Cut the pumpin into small pieces, drizzle them with olive oil and pinch of salt. Bake them at 220° C for 20 min or when they get soft. In the meantime clean the skin form chickpeas and put them into the blender. When baked – remove the skin frpm the pumkin and put it into the blender. Add 2 tablespoons of turmeric, a little bit salt again, a tablespoon of tahini if you want and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Bland it till you get a smooth texture. And you are ready to enjoy!
