Lemon cake 

4 eggs

1dcl of milk

15 tablespoons of all purpose flour 

1 baking powder

1/2 cup of sugar

Juice of 1 lemon

4 tablespoons of vegetable oil 

1 vanilla sugar 

Mix eggs, sugar, milk and oil. Add slowly tablespoon by tablespoon of flour ( while mixing) . Then add baking powder and vanila sugar. In the end add lemon juice. Bake it for 45 min at 180° C. I added white  glaze ( powder sugar, milk and lemon juice) and a little bit of lemon peel – grated .
