Chestnut Chocolate Truffle 

All you need is : 

200ml whipping cream 

250g of chestnut puree

200g of butter biscuits 

50g sugar

100g of black chocolate 

Whip the cream, add the chestnut puree and mix till’ you get a smooth texture, add crushed butter biscuits and sugar. Mix everything and let it cool in the fridge for a hour. Form them into small balls and roll them into chocolate pieces. Let them rest for a hour in the fridge . Enjoy
