Cinnamon rolls with walnuts

For the dough you need:

500g all purpose flour
1 egg
1 vanill sugar
7g of dry yeast ( 1 package)
300mill of warm milk
pinch of salt

250g walnuts
100g butter
50g sugar
2-3 tablespoons of cinnamon

Mix all the dry ingrediants, and mix warm milk with the yeast and wait for 5 mins. Make a smooth dough with your hands and let it grow for 1hr. Roll the dough, about 1-2cm thickness. Warm up the butter and add the cinnamom. Smear the butter-cinnamon mix all over the dough and then add crushed walnuts with sugar. Roll the dough into a roll, cut the roll into small pieces ( about 3-4 cm ) place them on a baking paper and let them rest for 15-20 min.

bake them at 180*C for about 25-30 min.
