Pears in chocolate

Want a quick and refreshing dessert? Here is a good one!

Use 4 big pears, peel them and cook in 1l water in which you added 1 cup of sugar. Cook them for about 20 minutes, until they get soft. Make some vanilla cream and melt 100g of dark chocolate. Get the pears out of the boiling water, let them cool. The cold pears put on the cream and top everything with chocolate!
