Here is the recipe for “Pears in chocolate heaven” :
300g all purpose flour
4 medium eggs
250 ml milk
50g cocoa powder
1 baking powder
100 ml sunflower oil
200gr dark chocolate
In a large bowl put together eggs, milk, sugar and oil, use a mixer for this. Progressively add flour with a spoon, at this stage add the cocoa powder and baking powder.
When everything is mixed in a homogeneous mixture, put the mixture on a baking plate (30cm in diametar).
Clean the pears and cut them in half, put them on the mixture so they are floating on the mixture.
Put it in the oven at 180degrees for about half an hour, in the meantime melt the dark chocolate and when you put the cake out the oven glaze the cake with the chocolate.
It’s very delicious warm and cold served, so that’s your choice 🙂
